The error appears in the execution of the command
git clone https://salsa.debian.org/tohoyn-guest/theme-d-intr.git
/var/tmp/oc.jgu11zqg/git-build/git
I have tried command
git clone https://salsa.debian.org/tohoyn-guest/theme-d-intr.git tmp
locally and it works fine.
Expected results: the git clone command and git2dsc should work.
Actual results: the git clone command and git2dsc fail.

The bug disappeared when I retried the git2dsc report generation.
