Control: tags -1 + fixed-upstream
This bug has been fix in upstream by reverting the commit c5d6b263c204
("QProcessEnvironment: simplify locking"). The fix is not backported to
Qt5 branch. I've tested by reverse applying the commit being reverted
on Qt5 and can confirm that directly reverting the commit in Qt5 can fix
