Hey,

> Akonadi Server: running

Well at least we know that it is really KMail/Kontact and not Akonadi ;)

I use Debian sid and use Kontact daily. I had to restart akonadi after the
upgrade to start Kontact again, but other than that...

Let's get more logs.

1. stop kontact and kmail that is currently running:
killall kontact
killall kmail
# make sure it is not running anymore
ps aux | grep "\(kontact\|kmail\)" # should be empty
sometimes QtWebEngine processes are not killed when Kontact is stopped, kill
them separately.

We need nothing to be started/running/dangling otherwise the logging won't
work.

2. start kmail with logging
QT_LOGGING_RULES="*.*=true; qt.*=false" kmail

Or you can use akonadiconsole and use the logging tab and enable logging and
use "save to file". If you like a GUI.

Regards,

hefee
