The fix affects bin:kwin-x11 which moved from > src:kwin to src:kwin-x11 between trixie and forky. It of course needs to be fixed on the right stable package, but having the equivalent source code fixed first on testing helps. It is not difficult to prove that the affected code base is, in the end, similar or the same.
