Let's see: * in the first place, regarding liblinphone3 and libortp8, only linphone depends on them in testing (and are in fact provided by the same linphone source package), so any time you want to do this transition is fine, as long as it's done *before* KDE4 is uploaded to unstable. * secondly, regarding libosip2-4, it is indeed a very small transition, though it would get itself tied to the ffmpeg transition via linphone. Can you upload it to experimental first to check everything rebuilds fine? * finally, does the new linphone fix the FTBFSes that can be seen at https://buildd.debian.org/~luk/status/package.php?p=linphone?
