Version 3.5.9.dfsg.1-6 (Lenny), in KDE4 this problem exist too
Save page in cache:
1. Konqueror->Settings->Cache->Use cache->Keep cache in sync;
2. Open URL.
Open page from cache
1. Konqueror->Settings->Cache->Use cache->Offline browsing mode;
2. Open URL. =====>
!!! Konqueror trying connect to the internet !!!
