Application shortcuts don't work in KDE4.
Right-mouse-button click on the "Kickoff Application Launcher", select menu
editor, select an application, goto Advanced panel and change the "Current
shortcut key".
I defined Ctrl+Alt+F to launch Iceweasel. However, pressing Ctrl+Alt+F does
not launch Iceweasel later.
