Upstream closed this bug as unreproducible in kmail 1.11.2, that is kde 4.4.2,
thus this bug shouldn't be present in squeeze nor in wheezy, I'm following
upstream lead and tagging it as fixed, please let us know if the bug is still
reproducible.
