Hi, I'm not sure what this package uses, but doesn't logind provide the alternative to consolekit? In that case the package should probably have Depends: libpam-systemd [linux-any] | consolekit instead of "consolekit | systemd" (also listing the preferred alternative first).
At least the description of libpam-systemd states "Packages that depend on logind functionality need to depend on libpam-systemd."
