Wow, that was fast, thanks! Unfortunately, I was too optimistic... the transition seems to forcefully drag in the KDE5 desktop (with plasma-desktop being taken over by src:plasma-desktop, so I don't get a post-transition build of KDE4-based plasma-desktop). That in turn depends on the private API of Qt through frameworksintegration :( so I can't install the version from experimental. Oh well, looks like I got something to do the next rainy day.
