Today i have upgrade kate to the 15.08 version and the spell checking does not
work. If I throw kate from the terminal I get the next error:
*$ kate*
" Hspell: can't open /usr/share/hspell/hebrew.wgz.sizes.
HSpellDict::HSpellDict: Init failed
No language dictionaries for the language: "es" ".
I have installed *aspell, aspell-es, hunspell and myspell-es*.

This is actually a bug in sonnet, the way of finding aspell now needs the
aspell command, while it was enough with the library before. This is solved in
the version in unstable, and it should be available in testing in a couple of
days.
It's definitely there now, closing this issue.
Happy hacking,
