I noticed, that the latest version of kde-l10n-de lacks the German translation of kmail2 (maybe others,too). This is in version kde-l10n-de_16.04.3-9, whilst the former version kde-l10n-de_16.04.3-8 is running fine. Maybe you might want to correct this little thing.
