The piuparts testing in <URL: https://piuparts.debian.org/stretch2buster/pass/plasma-workspace_4:5.13.5-1.log > report the following problem: /var/lib/dpkg/info/libkscreenlocker5:amd64.postinst: 12: /var/lib/dpkg/info/libkscreenlocker5:amd64.postinst: killall: not found The fix is probably to depend on psmisc, which contain the 'killall' program.
