Hello, arts is currently #2 in the ranking of stallers on http://bjorn.haxx.se/debian/stalls.html (right after xfree86) the only[1] thing that is currently keeping it out of testing besides the dependency on xfree86 (but that one should go in today) is #240188.
#240188 is a priority issue: libarts1-dev is Priority optional and depends on xlibs-static-pic, which is Priority: extra. I do not know how strict priority violations are handled for sarge (at least it is not in http://release.debian.org/sarge_rc_policy.txt) but I know that these kind of bugs are not fixed by making an upload but by changing the override file, which makes we wondering whether this bug should temporarily be set sarge-ignore, until arts is in testing. cu andreas [1] Actually I do not know that. The testing scripts won't show whether there is anything else if there is a dep-issue and a rc-bug. -- "See, I told you they'd listen to Reason," [SPOILER] Svfurlr fnlf, fuhggvat qbja gur juveyvat tha.
