just saw #263528, uploaded isdnutils with the new package libcapi20-3. The following packages need a rebuild with the changed build dependency:
- libwine-capi - chan-capi - capi4hylafax (doing this myself) - bayonne At least capi4hylafax will affect the libtiff transition, so I didn't upload it yet.
