If you can let me play with it a bit tonight, I might be able to figure out something. At this point I believe the problem is that it will not build on certain architectures that require the -fPIC flag. Because the imagekits stuff uses an older library internally, it should be possible to review that code to find the Makefile stanzas to be changed. This would be easier with access to the affected hardware. Our developer machines often don't have everything installed that is needed to build and test the software. -Brent
