Hi I would like to ask if makedev 2.3.1-75 could be hinted into sarge, because it fixes #263136, which was reported as a release-critical-bug, but makedev was uploaded to unstable after the base-freeze. (I asked Bdale Garbee last Thursday to upload a version which fixes this bug to t-p-u, but he did not react yet.)
I would really like to see a version of makedev in sarge, which fixes this problem, because it will affect all users of the vdr-packages (and a few more, which use "MAKEDEV dvb" in their postinst) which use a kernel >= 2.6.8. Regards, Thomas -- Thomas Schmidt [EMAIL PROTECTED]
