Yes, it looks like they all address the same issue. Actually, my bug report progressed through several different problems I experienced in Sarge to arrive at this latest one. Regarding severity, I really think grave is proper. IMO and as I have said before, the networking problems are a serious regression and make qemu largely unusable. IHMO the current situation is _not_ releasable. I would much rather have the "old" stable situation back in Sarge, i.e: qemu 0.6.0.dfsg.1-1 bochsbios 2.1.1-10 However, from the other reports I see that the problems should be fixable with another version of bochsbios. I feel that one thing that is missing currently in the packaging of qemu is proper versioned depends. For example, qemu 0.6.1-1 should at least depend on bochsbios >2.1.1-10 and vgabios >0.4b-1. This would have prevented some of the problems I had with qemu in Sarge because the packages migrated independently instead of as a consistent whole. Thanks for all the good work, FJP
