Please hint ion3-mod-ionflux and ion3 into testing together

Hello,

please hint ion3-mod-ionflux and ion3 into testing together. Ion3
propagating into testing would make ion3-mod-ionflux uninstallable
there while ion3-mod-ionflux does not propagate to testing because the
required version of Ion3 isn't there.
