Hello, pbseqlib includes a metapackage (arch:all) to install its component sub-libraries and development files (arch:any). Since its new dependency pbbam is not available on 32-bit architectures, this metapackage is not installable on i386 anymore. Testing migration appears to be blocked because of this, even though the metapackage would not be new to Stretch:
~~~ https://qa.debian.org/excuses.php?package=pbseqlib 11 days old (needed 10 days) libpbseq/i386 unsatisfiable Depends: libpbdata (>= 0~20161219-1) libpbseq/i386 unsatisfiable Depends: libpbihdf (>= 0~20161219-1) libpbseq/i386 unsatisfiable Depends: libblasr (>= 0~20161219-1) libpbseq-dev/i386 unsatisfiable Depends: libpbdata-dev (>= 0~20161219-1) libpbseq-dev/i386 unsatisfiable Depends: libpbihdf-dev (>= 0~20161219-1) libpbseq-dev/i386 unsatisfiable Depends: libblasr-dev (>= 0~20161219-1) Piuparts tested OK - https://piuparts.debian.org/sid/source/p/pbseqlib.html Valid candidate ~~~ Does this situation need a force hint? We need this to migrate in order to prevent autoremoval of several other packages. Thanks and regards Afif -- Afif Elghraoui | عفيف الغراوي http://afif.ghraoui.name
