Hello,
Openbox is jessie have problem with load startup notifications for
example in LXDE DM, see #838326. Fix is really simple, sources needs add
libxcursor-dev to B-D.
Andriy Grytsenko from LXDE team tests it and it resolved problem.
I attach debdiff for it.
