Dear release team,
dnssec-trigger 0.13-6 fixed the (hopefully) last hard-coded path in
the dnssec-trigger (libexec dir, see #854991).
No other changes than updating the binary to use LIBEXEC_DIR "/foo"
instead of "/usr/libexec/foo" were done.
