Please unblock package syncevolution
It was discovered that the DBus activation of syncevo-dbus-server doesn't
work anymore. This totally breaks sync-ui, also also automatic background
syncs, as syncevo-dbus-server is never started.
The fix is trivial, as it just adds a file which was introduced in the
1.5.2 upstream release, but not included in the 1.5.2-1 package.
The corresponding bug is #854941.
