Please unblock package pdfsam
pdfsam was unusable due to a wrong LAF (look and feel) setting. [1]
I also took the opportunity to fix a Lintian error "depends on
obsolete package" and to use the secure canonical Vcs-address for
pdfsam's SVN repo.
