Please unblock iptraf-ng/1:1.1.4-5, this update introduces a dummy
transition package for iptraf, which is removed by ROM request in Bug
#842355[1]. Also an epoch is added because iptraf is 3.0.0 but
iptraf-ng is only at version 1.1.4
