- Reason that in the "debian/watch" is not checking the recent upstream
versions.
- In the category line of the file "debian/osmose-emulator.desktop" was wrong
for a game emulator.
- More keywords were added to the file (debian/osmose-emulator.desktop).
- Changed debhelper and compat level.
