Please unblock package designate,
The last upload bumps openstack-pkg-tools build-dependency to >= 54~. This
avoids using /sbin/route, and /bin/ip (if that last one isn't available), as
these packages aren't essential packages.
The debdiff is very small (one line in debian/control if you don't count the
updated debconf translation).
Please unblock designate/3.0.0-4,
