Please unblock package calendar-exchange-provider
The package has a build dependency to thunderbird-dev instead of icedove-dev.
Icedove-dev isn't anymore in sid because of the mozilla exception.
It fix an urgly bug (#854025) too
(include/attach the debdiff against the package in testing)
