This kind of change is not in line with the freeze policy, so I'm closing this
bug. If you want to apply some targeted fixes, you can revert the upload in
unstable (using an epoch) and request an unblock for those.
The fact that otrs2 is in non-free doesn't mean the freeze policy doesn't
apply. For some packages in non-free, you can only accept what upstream gives
you (eg when you only have a binary and no source), but that's not the case
here.
