Haiti changed it's timezone in March (for DST) and we currently have the wrong metadata in jessie. I thought we'd want to push that through -updates as it's not a future change, but maybe I haven't grokked the details yet. > Publishing things via -updates is not zero-effort so is not necessarily done > for every update.
