Dear release team,
could you please trigger a rebuild of libpcl-dev to fix #860775 in
stretch?
For the record, that can't work, given that unstable and testing
currently have the same versions of the package.
The binNMUs need to be performed in unstable and then propagate to
testing.
(That bug also affects the package in unstable, so would need fixing
there first in any case.)
