Please give back goffice 0.2.1-4 on arm, hppa, sparc

        Hi,

 I think goffice 0.2.1-4 should now have its build-deps installable on
 arm and sparc, and that the hppa gcc stuff had been cleared since the
 first try, so it would be nice to give it back on these arches.
