as agreed upon in <[email protected]>
the MySQL packaging team needs to upload src:mysql-transitional
directly into stretch to fix the smooth upgrade issues.
This goes hand in hand with mariadb-10.1_10.1.23-7 update, but I'll
update the existing unblock bug separately.
