Dears, I think the right way to get missing items or corrections into the release notes is by filing a proper bug report against package "release-notes".
That way it will not be forgotten which can easily happen with an email on the wrong mailing list. (The right one would be debian-doc, I believe.) Many thanks for filing bugs! :~) Cheers
