Hi, the latest version of octaviz can't enter testing because it ftbfs on arm, ia64 and sparc.
The failure is due to a chroot corruption on the buildds, probably caused by an earlier upload of a related package last year, see [1]. Summary: There's a broken alternatives symlink set in the chroot, breaking octaviz's configure script. Mail was sent to the buildd-maintainers list in January (see Wouter's answer in [1]). Personal mail to the above buildds' admins[3] was sent on June 01; starting from June 03, the build was interrupted and a message displayed in the build log, see eg [2]. Now, I'm not sure how to proceed. Hinting the package into testing is useless, as this won't fix the buildd chroots. Suggestions?
