soapysdr is completed, it's just that there are cross dependencies between soapysdr and soapysdr modules so it triggered almost a dozen auto transitions. Last thing missing was gr-osmosdr, which wasn't in testing. After reviewing the process and seeing how my first soapysdr transition panned out, I'll follow the official process in the future.
