As far as I can tell, ltsp is only blocked due to containing a .udeb, and there have been no code changes to the ltsp-client-builder .udeb since... 2015. At one point, there was an unblock-udeb hint for this, not sure if that's no longer applicable for some reason... live well, vagrant
