Cacti uses dh_linktree to manage several embedded JavaScript packages. Until
bug 783906¹ is fixed, dh_linktree adds a strict version dependency on the
packages it links from. I am considering to implement something else in Cacti
while waiting for dh_linktree to get fixed (or help get dh_linktree fixed), but
in the mean time, to fix RC bug 884756² in Cacti, I request a binNMU.
