nmu getdp_2.11.3+dfsg1-1 . ANY . unstable . -m "Rebuild with slepc 3.8"
nmu deal.ii_8.4.2-2 . ANY . unstable . -m "Rebuild with slepc 3.8"

Technically this is a transition, but the new slepc is already
in testing.
