gnome-dvb-daemon is uninstallable in unstable because it needs to be
rebuilt against the new gstreamer release. (gstreamer set its
dependency relationships very tightly.)
Here's a guess at the wanna-build syntax:
nmu gnome-dvb-daemon_1:0.2.91~git20170110-3 . ANY . unstable . -m
"Rebuild against gst-plugins-bad1.0 1.14.0-1"
