nmu openrpt_3.3.14-1~bpo9+1 . amd64 . stretch-backports . -m "Rebuild in a
clean stretch environment."

libopenrpt1v5 (3.3.14-1~bpo9+1) is currently uninstallable in
stretch(-backports):

Depends: libfontconfig1 (>= 2.12) but 2.11.0-6.7+b1 is to be installed

The maintainer-uploaded binaries have not been built in a clean stretch
environment.
