The `intel-processor-trace` package is only meanful on Intel arches, therefore other binaries should be removed from the archive. Please, remove s390x binaries (libipt1, libipt-dev) for stable/testing and unstable distributions.
At some point there should probably also be a stable upload and/or buildd change to stop the build being retried should there be a binNMU or security update in the future.
