Hi,
this is a new upstream release from the 390.xx legacy branch (that we
finally switched to in the last point release).
This fixes CVE‑2018‑6260.
There are only minor packaging related changes this time (mainly
updating nvidia-detect since stretch has now a 390.xx driver).
This driver version is also available in sid and buster as
src:nvidia-graphics-drivers-legacy-390xx.
The package was already uploaded.
