Please binnmu libapt-pkg-perl on amd64. The package uploaded by the
maintainer depends on libapt-pkg5.90, which is only available in
experimental.

nmu libapt-pkg-perl_0.1.36 . amd64 . unstable . -m "Rebuild in a clean sid
environment."
