Stable Release Team,

I would like to add the ember package [1] to proposed-updates. This package
did not make it into buster before release due to problems with one of its
dependencies, CEGUI [2]. I have worked with the CEGUI maintainer to fix the
problems, transition maintenance to the Debian Games Team, and add myself as
an uploader to help with future updates.

Both ember and CEGUI are currently in oldstable and all other dependencies are
already in buster. Since ember is the package that several of these
dependencies ultimately exist to support, I would really like to see it in the
stable distribution.

Please let me know if you need any additional information regarding my
request. Thanks in advance!

-Olek

I'm afraid that it's relatively rare to add new packages to stable
post-release, and it's rather too late to reintroduce a removed package
at this stage.

Adam
