Hi! When playing multiplayer mode in OpenArena, the game will often download
proprietary binaries from servers. That binary code is then ran on user's
system. It's a known feature of Quake engine, which allows people to develop
modifications for the game and put them on their servers.

It seems to me, that those packages don't belong in Debian's free repository.
I've read Debian's Free Software Guidelines and I didn't see a rule about this,
but if a program runs proprietary code, can it really be considered free?

OpenArena has a setting, that disables this behaviour and it's disabled by
default (the game will not download content from servers), but users can easily
enable it in the menu, which is required to play on most servers.
