0.48+git.20200923.ec349ff4-3 fixes two important/release critical
bugs: #985871 and #987260.
Changes:
1. Only support Emacs flavor "emacs", i.e., drop support for xemacs21 since it's
unsupported. This addresses #987260.
2. Be more robust when removing files on purge of the package. This addresses
#985871.
Debdiff between the version currently in testing (0.48+git.20200923.ec349ff4-1)
and the one in unstable (0.48+git.20200923.ec349ff4-3) attached.
