Please unblock package flent [ Reason ] Fixes bug #987656, by updating Recommends to include python3-qtpy. [ Impact ] Without this change, users who rely on flent-gui will not be able to launch it (nothing happens, users may assume it has crashed). [ Tests ] Install flent and make sure it pulls in python3-qtpy. Verify that starting flent-gui loads the GUI. [ Risks ] Trivial; only Recommends has been changed.
