QA tests with piuparts revealed a wrong library dependency for one of the
dev:pkgs.

Not big. Lomiri Download Manager is part of the Lomiri Operating Environment
which has not yet been packaged for Debian.

No risk, really. The bug is now fixed and piuparts should succeed with this
version.
