/etc/pam.d/cinnamon-screensaver was missed for a mistake in 4.8.1-1,
4.8.1-3 readd it

Impact is for new bullseye install, upgrade from version that still have
the file (as conffile) should be null instead FWIK
[ Tests ]
I tested the new package install/upgrade and I not found issue

there should be no risk FWIK
